At least you're willing to admit (if only tacitly) that Trump is an authoritarian. The rest of what you've written is deliberately obtuse. You weren't so much as aware of the 5th and 14th amendments a couple of days ago, but now, apparently, you're an expert on them.

Clue in here: ALL sides agree, or should agree, that due process is critical. If you were rounded up by ICE and accused of being an illegal alien, you'd expect to be able to prove that you're not. There's nothing arcane or tricky about this. I'm not appealing to the Constitution in some partisan way.
