I suggest looking into Christian Apologetics. Which is the "the intellectual defense of the truth of the Christian religion." CA shows that Christianity is true and can withstand scrutiny. God Himself, in the scriptures invites us : "Prove all things; hold fast that which is good" (I Thessalonians 5:21) Many mistakenly believe that God wants us to have a blind faith...I find this is erroneous and unbiblical.
