I'm in a place they call "The Morning of the world" where life landed me whilst I was busy making other plans. COL here is about one third of the US and the local people just ignore the Government if they don't like what they want. It isn't a simple choice and one which was made for me by my business career and marraige.. It's worth thinking about though because, even more now than I sensed in the 1970's, the future is in Asia.
