Thanks. To be clear, I'm a man. This was back in the '90s when gender studies programs were not yet the brazen incubators for feminist hate groups that they have become. Although there were already signs that they had an agenda contrary to and inconsistent with the academy's goals, I wanted to believe that they merely needed guidance to become valid entities within the academic community. I soon learned that the corruption ran deep and there was no hope of salvaging anything of academic value. I was forced out of the academy for fighting them, and it's probably just as well, because the fight took a substantial toll on me. I greatly admire Dr. Fiamengo for carrying on the battle much longer than I was able to.
