Wouldn't it be great to see an African American athlete in Nike kneeling during the PRC opening ceremony. What better way to shine an enormous spotlight on Beijing than use the Olympics to make statements, run commercials, bring in reporters, and do everything possible to show the contrast in our systems. If I was Nike, I'd be planning just that. If you're going to lose the PRC anyway, might as well gain good customers in the West and take a moral stand that means something. They've been willing to do it in the United States.
