My neurologist suggested I try Preventa migraine (trademark name). It is actually vitamin B2 and magnesium (not oxide version though). Vit B 2 - 400 mg and magnesium glycinate 400 mg is what I take as that Preventa is expensive. Anyways, my morning migraine headaches (not the aura type) are 75-80% better. I was pleasantly shocked.
