Looking for recent Chinese-language reading recommendations (books, news articles, essays, in-depth newscasts) on local governments' fiscal reliance on land sales. Currently this is only for personal interest/langauge practice/keeping up with news; I read and enjoyed Wang Yongli's backgrounder on mortgages in China. Any recommendations welcome--many thanks!
