There is a Venezuelan man named Beker Renfigo that was arrested in Whitefish, Montana, by what was a combination of the Whitefish PD, Customs and Border Patrol, and ICE from a routine traffic stop, and he is possibly now be in Washington State. He has protected status under the CHNV humanitarian parole program.
