Also, how do they know it reduces the severity of disease? I don't remember any studies that addressed this, and the proposition seems otherwise to be non-falsifiable - which is the opposite of science. Even if there are studies, how were those studies designed? Do they control for selection bias and the fact that people obsessed with their health and thereby more likely to take the vaccine probably wouldn't have severe illness regardless? The fact that blacks and Latinos - sorry, Latinxs - are more likely to be vaccine hesitant and also more likely to be vitamin D deficient, which can contribute to increased severity? Where is this study, because I'd like to see it.
