I wasn't referring to the "marginally complicit" as they are not the ones responsible for unleashing this madness upon humanity. When rats are cornered and then forgiven, they come back and continue to wreck your home. I've had two rats in my garage and attic. They were not forgiven, and they will not be coming back.
