I ask my wife to move EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. My five year old comes home on every cold day and says, "Mommy, do you know where it isn't cold? FLORIDA!" We are "fortunate" to be in the Zoom class, and the plan is to hightail it to more friendly places (TN, FL, SC, TX) in the next few years without the risk of having to change careers. Our children are currently young, and we have both sets of grandparents here to assist with free babysitting and hugs. As the kids age, the need to stay will dwindle, and we should be able to make a decent profit off the townhouse we are in now.
