Optimism vs reality can exist at the same time. We all have a shed of optimism (or maybe denial) or we'd all fall on our swords. But the reality is that we do have a uniparty and getting the GOP to grow a pair isn't possible because they don't care to. Lol. They make plenty of money doing things exactly as they are. But i do think it's great that you're optimistic! Someone needs to be!
