It's one thing to make that requirement if the vaccine is approved (not that I agree with that), but this isn't and per federal law it cannot be mandated (https://www.statnews.com/2021/02/23/federal-law-prohibits-employers-and-others-from-requiring-vaccination-with-a-covid-19-vaccine-distributed-under-an-eua/). I wonder if they are simply waiting for people to take them to court, or if they anticipate approval before the trial is complete.
