I see your point, but I would not call more than 4 million reports of adverse reactions worldwide, including tens of thousands of deaths, “a very small number”! And considering self-reporting systems are notoriously significantly underreported—combined with the unprecedented amount of pressure on medical facilities and professionals NOT to report—that number is likely exponentially higher in reality.
