Please please PLEASE watch Kim Iverson’s take on these “terrorist” attacks. For starters, the ISIS flag on the vehicle was upside down. Either the driver was unaware that the flag was incorrectly placed ( and if he were ISIS, why would he be?)

OR

The flag was planted after the attack.

And why were there absolutely no barriers on Bourbon Street save one police car?
