My response may not be too popular here. While I do agree that there are far too many gun-related deaths in Amerikkka, I had an a-ha moment a few years ago.

I used to be the most anti-gun individual on the planet. I believed that no one should be able to own anything more deadly than a shotgun or hunting rifle. Handguns? Ban them all! Semiautomatics? WTF!

Then I realized that, unless there were a military coup, HOW are we supposed to defend ourselves against the Amerikkkan regime? We would be completely at their mercy! Rest assured that we are now well-armed.

As Mao said: Revolution comes only through the barrel of a gun.
