But the NYT is doing very well. So is the WaPo, WSJ, Daily Wire, and tons of other newspapers and newspaper-like online services that don't rely on 230 protections.

It's local/small-city newspapers without national audiences that are suffering immensely. Boston Globe, Charlotte Observer, Rivefront Times, etc, are all suffering.

Obviously FB and co compete with the NYT but 230 is not the issue here, it is completely and utterly necessary.
