I find adressing such people as "comrade" solves all the issues with pronoun-proliferation. Comrade easy to spell, easy to say, is the same in many languages, does not upset any grammar, and is well-known and friendly. It also drives the point home that the pronoun-poco locos are fascists, without them being able to protest without confirming it.
