I can accept him or anyone having different opinions, morals etc. than me. I cannot accept a person not acknowledging when they have been proven wrong.
It's that simple for Berenson: he was dead wrong about Ivermektin, but can't argue his point nor can he own up to having been wrong.
Compare to Igor Chudov for one who always post immediate corrections in bold, when he discovers he's made a mistake or overstaed something.
Berenson simply dropped the mask hiding that he is at heart an NYT-writer with the liberal values and opinions to match; all his beef with twitter is, is him posturing and trying to get out in front to be the face of a free speech movement.
You can probably expect a tell-all book from Berenson with him crying about how he braved the depths of toxic right-wing yadda yadda cliché boilerplate libturd jargon. Oh, and expect him to name-dop being jewish, as if that should matter.
All this is why under the bus suits him best.
