I think this would improve things: Every time they get it too much wrong, they lose 10% off of next paycheck. 10% cumulative, so if they get it wrong ten times in one month they don't get paid. I mean, when I worked in storehouse for cheese (which put me off cheese for years - got the whole back end of the bus to myself though...) ages ago, if I had sent out a fully laden truck where the contents or the delivery list was wrong 1/10 only, they'd sent me to the doctor or fired me. Heh, maybe El Gato could have a poll: which jobs do you get to keep even if you get it wrong?
