Sarah, did you find the Atlas book revealing? What I mean by that is, does it tread new ground? We get so much substantive writing on Substack I worry there isn't much new to be learned. My understanding is the Atlas book takes a different perspective in telling us about the inner-workings of the Covid Advisory Panel. Do you recommend the book? Thank you!
