There's a risk when you run your content based on your personality. Eventually, you're going to engineer parts of it or focus on the more reactionary parts in order to meet real or imaginary audience expectations. It's unavoidable because you are trying to meet the pressure of a project (your stream) that needs more than what your personality can provide. In many cases, the pressure consumes the personality.
Not that it's an excuse for bad behaviour. But anyone making media should treat their content enterprise as its own thing and not simply an extension of themselves.
