Realistically, at this point the Israelis are dug in and not going anywhere. They're as likely to leave as all the Palefaces leaving North America and going back to Europe. It's just not in the cards.

The Palestinians need to abandon hope of reclaiming any more territory, and just focus on removing the oppressive conditions in the West Bank and Gaza. Which would require some degree of unilateral disarmament by the Palestinians, because realistically the Israelis hold all the cards and the Palestinians have tried too many sneak attacks on Israel to be trusted with much in the way of weaponry.

The Palestinians are currently stuck deep in denial about just how little leverage they have.
