If the CCPs objective was winning world opinion, they would have been wise to allow the first WHO investigation but gone to great lengths to keep it arms length from local influence and China's domestic politics. That's easy for me to say but impossible for the CCP to do..The Party should never be wrong in the eyes of the Chinese people.
