I don't think it's just in the EU. Robert Malone had a substack post last Aug. that showed labels of packaged junk food that had cricket flour as an ingredient. It looked like North American fare. And there's a huge cricket farm in London, Ontario...just for livestock feed of course. I was in Mexico city last December and saw lots of street food including what looked like buckets of deep fried crickets meant to be taco filling.
