That's an interesting article, however, it (thankfully) doesn't seem to address shedding as we're talking about here: that is, shedding of the spike protein. My interpretation of what I'm reading is that people in this study shed antibodies: IgG and IgA. I have no idea how dangerous it would be for me to casually inhale someone else's antibodies but since these antibodies aren't specific to the Sars-Cov2 virus, i.e., these are antibodies that our immune systems generate in response to a threat, then it shouldn't be any different than me casually inhaling someone else's antibodies generated for any cold or flu, i.e., not a big deal. I noticed that this study went to preprint in April, 2022 and still stated: 'The vaccines against SARS-CoV-2 have maintained remarkable efficacy against severe disease and death in those vaccinated regardless of variant emergence, Omicron included'. With that obviously false statement in the opening paragraph of the introduction section, I would be highly suspect of anything else in the article.
