Money was used and laundered, much of it likely stolen from the Marshall Plan, similar to the money being laundered from Ukraine funds. Threats of exposure were also used, as they no doubt were used during Covid. But not all media agreed to get on board. And very little actual evidence was ever produced.

Covid narrative was an in your face overt op where no laundering was needed. Every mainstream media outlet was involved. Print, radio, TV. Big Tech. Hundreds of millions were paid. Records were kept and FOIA requests have revealed much (although not who got what amount). And all of this was possible, the above board, in your face, government funded, no need to hide it, because the Smith Mundt Act was gutted.
