I would be remiss if i did not also address the darker side of human's perception of our cosmic neighbors in this age of wide spread propaganda and targeted psychological warfare tactics (on the part of humans). I think it`s also important to point out that the vast majority of instances which individuals report being 'abducted by aliens' are in fact operations being carried out by humans in the black ops area of the military. These 'MILABS' are part of an ongoing psychological warfare campaign aimed at propagating fear and animosity in humanity towards our cosmic neighbors. Corporations such as EG&G are involved in the manufacturing of advanced radio frequency / scalar wave implant technology that are used in these operations. Bases such as the underground complex at Dulce are involved in growing/manufacturing what are referred to as P.L.F.s (programmed lifeforms), these "E.T'" looking facsimiles are used on board 'anti-gravity' (electrogravitic craft back engineered "ufo-s" that were at one time referred to as A.R.V.-s, often being manufactured by military contractors such as Lockeed Martin, among others) to grab people and simulate 'alien abductions'. Any civilization that has travelled here across the vastness of interstellar space has moved beyond the need to 'harvest embryos' or put implants in organic tissue, if they wanted genetic material to study or manipulate they would need only a single fallen skin cell or hair. Their technology is at the point where distances in 3 dimensional time space do not inhibit the sensitivity of their instruments, if they want to closely observe an individual they can do so with detail and precision from space without any need to stick a physical object in their body. The intelligence communities (enforcement arms of the "Cabal", a transnational racketeering organization composed of factions of oligarchs that draws its influence from oil, war, fear, big pharma and domination of our fiat currency based economy) on earth has worked very hard to pump out fear on this topic (through hollywood, 'science' , and black ops like i just described) because for humanity to acknowledge and learn about the reality of the thriving peaceful interstellar community all around us would mean the end of their modes of control, profit, and dominion on earth. They are humans with technology a century ahead of anything available to the public, but humans non the less.

I believe that we are on the cusp of breaking from our artificially perpetuated planetary isolation, they (the cabal) know this, and they know they cannot prevent the inevitable open contact if many individuals choose to develop their consciousness through meditative practices and make direct contact for them selves. The Cabal's methods for control now slowly shift from cover, deny, ridicule, silence... to demonize, manipulate, rally, fear monger (as is exemplified by unfoldings like Tom Delong's "to the stars academy", who is behind it and its widespread media coverage). We must be vigilant to be discerning if events were to unfold that may be portrait to seem like actions on the part of an ET civilization which are presented as a "threat" (as to keep humanity operating in fear, ego, and an 'us vs them mentality').

Perhaps so many advanced civilizations come here to show their young "anthropologists" a 'worst case scenario' as a cautionary tale.

In any case, I believe that in order to leave the elite (aka "Cabal") behind and make contact ourselves we must remember what it really means to be a Conscious Being. While speaking openly, concisely, and confidently about this issue in our daily lives can have a powerful effect in helping the population reach a critical mass of awareness and demand answers from the secret keepers, our most powerful tool is not necessarily an external action, but rather an internal choice...the choice to summon the courage and willingness to leave the 'secret keepers' behind and do the work ourselves. This is true not only for getting out the suppressed clean energy technology and healing our relationship with Mother Earth, but also for initiating and maintaining an amiable relationship with the interstellar visitors who are here now. For while the trans-national military/financial/intelligence group who manages this issue has done a very comprehensive job dissuading serious investigation, befuddling the facts and propagating much fear on this important topic, there is one thing that they are powerless to stop. That one thing beyond their reach is human initiated CONTACT. When I say "contact", I mean the intentionally sought out contact (by individuals or groups of humans who have peaceful intentions) with interstellar/transdimensional visitors. The most advanced cultures that are here now (which are working in coordination with each other towards shared goals) have learned how to travel between stars not by physically moving their spacecraft here in 3 dimensional time/space. Their technology is not based on exerting force through combustion or other friction/inertia based linear modes of propulsion (like with the conventional publicly acknowledged NASA space craft). Those interstellar capable civilizations that are here now utilize technology that is transdimensional in nature (meaning they use technology that alters the vibrational frequency of their space craft/and themselves until they resonate with and shift into a higher dimension, enabling them to then move to any point in our 3 dimensional time/space almost instantaneously). The operation, communication, and detection systems of their space craft are based in consciousness (meaning they don't have buttons or a 'steering wheel' but their technology instead picks up on and is able to transmit coherent thought forms).

Why is all that important? As conscious beings, we possess the ability to center ourselves and direct (as well as perceive) coherent thought forms (through meditation / achieving inner stillness of mind). This means each and everyone of us possesses the tools necessary to circumvent the trans-national racketeering organization who work to curtail open peaceful contact and suppress this issue to prevent it from becoming common knowledge. We don't need governmental/political structures in order to make peaceful contact with our cosmic neighbors and usher in a new paradigm and era for humanity. Each and every one of us is fully capable of becoming an emissary for Earth to these advanced interstellar/transdimensional civilizations. Many people are now taking on this extremely important responsibility and are having amazingly positive results.

Never before will humanity have come across a mirror of such crystal clarity as the one which will be shown to us the day we make open contact with an interstellar civilization. In the face of such a reflection of what we could be, it will shine light onto what we have chosen to become. We will no longer have a way to hide things under the rug, nor to justify the ugliness and depravity we inflict upon each other. This mirror will be reflecting the full extent of our dormant virtuous human potential and give us an opportunity to choose again.
