Hi, Chang. Thanks for those links, I'll take a look at them. I have always thought of the states as dependent on Federal monies to fund their various pet projects. I also have wondered why we are taxed at all if the Feds can create trillions of fiat dollars out of thin air to fund any government project they desire. I'll admit, I have much to learn when it comes to the nefarious ends and outs of government and how it operates.

Personally, no State interference in my life and those I care about would be my ideal preference. I am an anarchist at heart. I appreciate your comment.
