Criminals are generally lazy, so my guess is they would much rather lull us into complacency. We know that to some degree elections work if candidates are pushed off the ballot. After all, if voting is rigged. then why care who is on the ballot? Wouldn't it be better to allow them on the ballot and give the public the veneer of more choice?
