Sure, they have both medical and religious exemptions. However, the Active Duty folks are pretty much being told that an approved exemption will lead to a "non worldwide deployable" status, followed by a likely chance that they'll go for a medical board/line of determination (i.e. kick you out). My wife and I have 18/17 years in...that's a compelling reason to not get kicked out.
