The fact is earth has been in a warming trend for thousands of years. 17,000 years ago a sheet of ice five times the height of the Seattle Space Needle covered that location (research the Vashon Stade). A mere 800 years later the area was free of permanent ice. Today one finds temporary ice at that location only rarely. The perfectly evident fact is dramatic and rapid global warming occurred absent burning of fossil fuels. Furthermore since humans began burning fossil fuels atmospheric CO2 has only increased by 1.4 parts per 10,000; a trace amount. Finally note that the political ideologues pushing the climate change narrative are always pushing some narrative in an attempt to control through fear. There is no reason to believe the global warming crusade is anything more than a manipulative political narrative.
