My deeper fear is that the shooter was somehow being radicalized or abetted by CCP interests. The Japanese security agencies will leave no stone unturned in analyzing this shooters local and international relationships, if any.
Putting this Franz Ferdinand fear aside, the shooters status in the military could have the effect of turning the Japanese public away from a renewed military focus.
