I agree that there has never been such overt, worldwide, simultaneous pressure (coercion, mandates) to take a product into one's physical body.

But some of us have lived through tyranny in one form or another, and that made it possible or even easy to grasp that this was an evil plot against humanity -- or at least "danger!!!!! run!!!!!!" -- we had our instincts intact and were able to withstand the immense pressure to conform and comply.
