I think Jeff spots an attorney endorsed statement. The wording for us non-legally minded folk doesn't say much, but to an attorney, it can be telling. Plus as he points out she didn't endorse the shot for health reasons but due to implied social/business/governmental pressures.

Sometimes you have to skirt the truth to let bits of it escape the overseers. The Covidians will see it as endorsing the shot but others' see the problem, hence the viral trajectory of the video.
