Thanks for the offer. I've been getting out and about more lately, and consequently feel more in control and less needy. I finally got someone from Credo to answer the phone by calling their sales number and pretending I wanted to sign up. When I told the nice woman my age and the fact I had been on hold for more than an hour for their customer service dept, she actually hooked me up with someone who was able to help me. It means I will change services and won't be inadvertently supporting liberal groups I no longer believe in or support. yay. now I have to find another provider.
