We are not going to have small local communities in control like in our distant past where those local communities often went to war. There are too many people on the planet. I think small is beautiful and we must learn to live together without war. Democracy means listening, understanding, debate, and giving everyone a seat at the table... in the club that Carlin says we ain't in.
