I grew up with a mother who made consistently bad decisions and could never link those to the predictable and consistent bad outcomes… When you tried to warn her in advance (because even a child could see this was going to go badly), you were scorned or ridiculed... after the bad outcome she would cry and say "why didn't anybody tell me?" This isn't my first rodeo 😜
