"CEO" most likely means he has zero hard science training. Perhaps high school or freshman biology or "earth science" if he was lucky. If his degree was in economics or another humanity (except, perhaps, philosophy) it's almost certain he has no formal training in logic or critical thought. Even in my BS (STEM) degree of 1990s, only had one intro to philosophy class.
