As someone on the ground in Australia, firstly they are under pressure from the states poor management of the hospital system. My sister, an RN, wants to leave working in a suburban Hospital to go rural because the mismanagement and population base is less. At her current hospital its the simple things that are causing it. Nurses having to wait for dr's before taking x-rays etc, people with headaches clogging the ER, meaning that people having cardiac events are being treated on the ramp in the back of an ambulance. We've all known about the poor management of hospitals for years, it's literally been the substance of election campaigns for as long as I can remember. But it's such a mess, no one can fix it. I actually don't think we've even begun to see the issues from the vaxx filter through yet. We are seeing more pressure because thousands of nursing staff refusing the super serum have been suspended. What better time to come out and declare that the hospital's you manage are a hot mess, because of your mismanagement then under the cover of a pandemic and "selfish nurses"?

We got another thing coming when the all cause mortality rate lifts here. But, as the Qld premier and Chief Health Officer says it will be a "pandemic of the unvaccinated" and "Covid will seek out the unvaccinated"
