hey, no problem... My main question when I started on Washington was Why do we call him the Father of the Country? Is that a myth that has grown or something else? After reading Chernow I was utterly blown away by Washington and completely pissed off at his treatment from Jefferson. I consider Washington to have been as perfect a citizen as possible. But I've only read the one book; I don't usually debate fine points because I know I lack nuance.
