There are ripple effects on society; one, as you mention, is "hygiene", but good Lord, what about STD's, abortion, AIDS, sexual violence, pedophilia - all are outgrowths of the behavior of those "consenting adults". Second, the slippery slope IS a"thing". I don't know how old your children are, but we are quickly approaching a time when you will have no legal right to stop someone from having sex with your "consenting" child. MAPS is quickly becoming another "oppressed" class. Be careful what you tolerate; today's "tolerance" of what should be intolerable behavior is tomorrow's cause célèbre and new victim hood. No perversion will be off the table, because of attitudes such as yours.
