I am here to tell you watching at double speed has vastly improved my life. With some practice, it is easy to understand and cuts viewing time in half! Managed to squeeze it in to a half hour lunch break today and it was well worth the time. Also, learning to treat more videos like podcasts frees up my hands. Cheers!
