Is there any reason to believe vaccination will continue to provide long lasting protection against severe disease? I see this long lasting protection mentioned even by more reasonable people, e.g. Kulldorff, Bhattacharya. Do they/we have some reason to believe it is ultimately more durable than protection against infection and symptoms?
