this wouldn't surprise me in the least. Congress exempted themselves from Obamacare which was forced onto the rest of us. It seems pretty clear at this point that these mandates are not about health. The CDC, FDA and other government types probably know, or at least suspect, the reasons for the insane drive toward global "vaccinations" and would want to avoid whatever fate awaits the masses who've been fooled into compliance.
