This is what happens when behemoth companies believe that their mission is to deliver “content” to “content consumers.”

But here’s the strange thing. I’ve never met a single individual who’s seeking “content.” On the contrary, they’re already drowning in oceans of it.

The real shortage is trust, not content—and AI is only making that shortage more acute.
