Most people would just say screw that and dump their load of debt off on them. The banks love screwing us. Corporations do this all the time. Wall street sees a cash flush corporation. They buy up the stock. Take over the board. Take all of the money out of the corporation, run up debt. File chapter 11. The board gets very Rich. Gamestop's was almost victim to this.
