Over the years, I have become very suspicious of "isms" Many isms are way off track and harmful to their practitioners / professors and to others who don't profess the same orthodoxy. "Ism" is the stuff of religions and cults. Just go down the list of isms in your head and it becomes obvious. Though, I do relate to stoicism.
