We have Amazon because we have Prime, my wife never watches any TV, I barely watch Amazon maybe one show in two or three weeks. The only times I have binged were for the 2 Jack Reacher series (I have read all the Reacher books). Netflix: so much of their offerings are very dark others are banal. A few movies are good. When I do go their I often only see an old movie or some of an old series.
