I read The Psychopath Test many years ago, and it made a huge impression on me. There are other good books on the subject, such as Snakes in Suits and The Psychopath Next Door, but Ronson is humorous and engaging so I think his book is a good place to start.

If I had time I would tackle Andrzej Łobaczewski's book Political Ponerology; but in the meantime, reading the Harrison Koehli's Political Ponerology substack will have to suffice :)
